PERAN ISLAMIC MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES PADA PEMBENTUKAN CORPORATE CULTURE UNTUKMENINGKATKAN KINERJA SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA ORGANISASI BISNIS
Abstrak
Employee’s performance is the result of an employee during a certain period in executing tasks, such as work standards, targets, or goals, or criteria that have been determined in advance and have been agreed. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the concept of corporate culture with employee’s performance, to know the concept of Islam (through Islamic management principles) in regulating the work culture, and to determine the form of integration between Islamic management principles on the formation of corporate culture. This study recommends the corportae organizations to improve competitiveness, organizational performance, and the performance of human resources to develop corporate culture formation in accordance with the Islamic management principles.
